中非关系“新定位” 重庆如何把握新机遇

重庆各界期待着非洲客人的到访，而重庆企业早已抢抓机遇“走出去”—— 今年7月，非洲中国合作与发展协会（摩洛哥）重庆代表处组织了一批由川渝企业家组成的考察团，前往摩洛哥寻找商机，重点了解该国文旅、城建等领域的投资机遇。 非中协会主席纳赛尔表示，今后协会还将组织更多企业考察团出访，帮助重庆企业家在非洲找到商机，促进更多项目在摩洛哥落地。

近年来，在中非合作论坛、共建“一带一路”框架下，中非在贸易投资、基础设施、卫生健康、农业减贫等多领域合作取得丰硕成果。乘着中非互利合作的东风，越来越多非洲企业家将目光投向中国。他们或与中国企业开展合作，或直接到中国投资创业。“与中国合作，就是与机遇同行”，这是许多非洲企业家的共同感受。 在2024年中非合作论坛峰会举行前夕，本报记者采访了几位非洲企业家，听他们讲述在中国生活工作的难忘经历以及与中国伙伴携手同行的故事。

非洲专家：中非合作论坛为非洲带来和平发展新希望

摩洛哥非洲中国合作与发展协会主席纳赛尔·布希巴指出，在国际局势动荡、全球挑战日益严峻之际，中非合作论坛带来了和平发展的新希望。布希巴致力于推动中非技术合作，他表示，通过将中国高效低成本的海水淡化技术、土壤改良技术引入摩洛哥，有效缓解了摩洛哥沿海城市紧迫的饮用水短缺问题，为摩洛哥干旱地区带来可持续农业的希望，助力减贫、粮食安全和区域稳定。 布希巴强调，中非在技术转让与可持续发展领域的合作潜力巨大。与西方国家不同，中国愿意向非洲转让技术，这将为非洲的经济发展和社会福祉提升作出重要贡献。他期待中非合作论坛进一步推动中非合作，聚焦民众福祉，深入探讨发展议题。

Experts sure of upcoming FOCAC summit’s success

Nasser Bouchiba, president of the Africa-China Cooperation Association for Development in Morocco, said the convening（召开） of FOCAC comes as the world faces increasing turbulence （动荡）and challenges, including the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the Israel-Palestine conflict, the food crisis in certain countries and climate change. "FOCAC brings hope, with China offering projects that promote peace and development," he said. Over the past few years, Bouchiba has been collaborating with Chinese enterprises to export China's independently-developed new technologies to developing countries. For example, he has introduced China's seawater desalination technology to his home country of Morocco, where drinking water resources are extremely scarce.

Experts hail enduring relevance of China’s Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence

Nasser Bouchiba, president of the Africa-China Cooperation Association for Development in Morocco, highlighted that the principles of peaceful coexistence proposed by China carry significant forward-looking implications for peace and development. "In today's intricate global landscape, the importance of peaceful coexistence is greater than ever. It is essential for nations, especially neighboring ones, to foster relationships grounded in mutual respect and the pursuit of peace, rather than falling prey to geopolitical conflicts," he said.
