President’s speech seen as offering a global solution

聚焦全球发展倡议 共商中阿发展大计

摩洛哥非洲中国合作与发展协会主席纳赛尔·布希巴回顾了摩中两国近年来的合作成果，“我们借鉴了中国沙漠治理技术和经验，在摩洛哥东南内陆的撒哈拉沙漠地区成功设立了中非盐水农业示范农场，让沙漠焕发生机，成果令人欢欣鼓舞。希望这一成功经验未来能惠及更多中东和非洲国家，为地区减贫与发展带来希望。”布希巴说，全球发展高层对话会成果清单提出的 32 项举措，为深化阿中合作提供了新遵循。

为构建新时代中非命运共同体作出新贡献

“这些年，我们联合中国科技企业，为摩洛哥引进土壤改良技术，结合沙漠经济作物种植创收扶贫模式，在摩东南内陆的撒哈拉沙漠地区设立非中盐水农业示范农场，为撒哈拉地区的人民带来减贫与发展的希望。”摩洛哥非洲中国合作与发展协会主席纳赛尔·布希巴表示，中国在减贫事业中取得的成就与经验，为非洲国家人民摆脱贫困提供了重要借鉴。

为摩洛哥带来更多发展机遇

“今天，中国正在不断深化改革和扩大开放中蓬勃发展。”摩洛哥 非洲中国合作与发展协会主席纳赛尔·布希巴日前在接受本报记者采访时表示， 在中国共产党的坚强领导下，中国在脱贫攻坚、科技创新等多个领域取得巨大成 就，不仅造福中国人民，也积极助力非洲国家减贫事业发展。

纳赛尔·布希巴表示，后殖民时期，西方列强通过设置一些国家或民族的内部矛盾，达到长期挑拨、愚弄发展中国家民族和人民的把戏，全世界人民已经看得很一清二楚。在世界人民呼唤并构建人类命运共同体的今天，应坚决反对威胁世界和平的一切行为，尤其是发达国家更应该积极推进捍卫和平。中非人民作为西方列强殖民时期的受害方，坚决反对一切干预他国内政的行为。美国政客为了个人或集团利益，严重违反一个中国原则，公然干涉他国内政，是对国际秩序的破坏和践踏。众所周知，台湾问题是中国内政，不容外部势力干预。“我们相信，两岸中国人民有足够的智慧，可以寻找完美的解决方案。我们更相信，中国拥有维护国家主权和领土完整的决心、信念和能力。”纳赛尔·布希巴说。
